We need to take further steps in our very own community to let our legislators know that it is unacceptable to “suspend” our children’s constitutional rights! These proposed budget cuts mean overcrowded classes and elimination of countless successful programs.
Please join us as we are planning a March march on March 31st. This is a peaceful and purposeful rally to hopefully get our message to our legislators.
Afterwards, we can attend the Budget Forum at Trabuco Hills High School. Please pass this message on.
SVUSD parents, staff, residents and interested community members are invited to attend a Budge Forum to learn more about the Governor’s Proposed State Budget and the effect to SVUSD. There will be a total of 4 Budget Forums at different high school locations each from 6:30 -7:30 PM.
The meetings will be held as follows:
March 10, 2008 El Toro High School Charger Hall
March 18, 2008 Mission Viejo High School Multipurpose Room
March 31, 2008 Trabuco Hills High School Multipurpose Room
April 2, 2008 Laguna Hills High School Auxiliary Gym
