Residents of the community will fill their yards with goodies such as clothing, furniture, toys, books, household and kitchen items, jewelry, games and much more.
Spring-cleaning is here and if you’ve decided it’s finally time to clear out the garage and fit the car back in, then you may want to participate in the Ladera Ranch Community Garage Sale.
Neighborhoods across Ladera Ranch will host sales at residents’ homes on Saturday, April 26. Early birds can start at 7:00 a.m. and end of the day bargain hunters will need to wrap up by 3:00 p.m. As in past years, the community-wide garage sale is sponsored by several local realtors.
Given the age old saying that one person’s trash is another person’s treasure, this is the perfect chance to dig deep in the neighborhood treasure chest. Don’t miss it, there’s sure to be something for everyone!
